SPECIAL EVENT/SHELTER RESERVATIONS

If you are planning a small, special event or birthday party at the Premier Health Bike Park and would like to reserve the shelter, please follow the directions below:

1. Call 513-933.7200 for availability. 

2. Complete the first two pages of the Park Shelter Reservation Form on the City of Lebanon website.

3. Mail or deliver the reservation form (with $25 check payable to the City of Lebanon) to the Lebanon City Building at 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, OH 45036.  The city building is open on weekdays between 8-4:30.  If the building is closed, you may drop your form and payment in the drop box behind the city building along Main Street.  Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and are not complete until payment is received.
